This university, located in Puebla, a city of about 2 million people, is an accredited nonprofit private institution that offers undergraduate, graduate certificate and distance learning programs. At the undergraduate, USAC offers programs in law, accounting, business administration, tourism and computer engineering. As a Academic Language Department Coordinator you will be working with four English professors teaching university students who range in age from 18-24 on a university campus and teaching false-beginners to advanced students15 to 20 teaching hours per week, 40 contact hours per week. To qualify you should have at least three years of full-time teaching experience, preferably to ESL or EFL students at high school or university level, be fluent in Spanish (all skills), have a Masters Degree and an EFL teaching certificate, in addition to being a Native Speaker of English preferably with a knowledge of Latin American culture. The salary is $8,500 pesos net per month, including a year-end bonus, and an employer-sponsored savings account All language professors currently have a private office, Medical Insurance Assistance with FM3 work visa (All foreign professors have a work visa).
